They do not have a gluten free menu. If you ask they try to accommodate, but the staff doesn’t seem very knowledgeable across the board. It kind of depends on who is working that day. One time I went and they told me the rice was not gluten free and the next time I went they told me the rice was gluten free… same with the chips. So I just always order fajitas and stay away from rice and chips. I haven’t gotten sick from eating there but I do not have celiac’s.
— Not very
They could only make the fajitas as gluten free, but without any seasoning. Bartender was the only knowledgeable staff there at the time

One staff member was extremely helpful. I am celiac and she said if they know that they can not have cross contamination they prepare food in separate area. I had choices of fajitas. I had mixed fajita beef and chicken. Not a lot of spice but very good natural taste of peppers, onions, & mushrooms. Rice not safe so I got two orders of beans.
