Pedro's Mexican Restaurant

My group and I waited fifteen minutes before getting drinks. None of the staff greeted us or assured us that someone would be right with us. The food was okay but very spicy. I would not recommend eating here if you’re a celiac.

We love this place. We often choose Mexican because they are often Celiac safe. This one is good!

Solid Mexican eats, unless you're gluten free. The fryer and grill both are used on flour dishes, not even the corn chips are GF. You're stuck to salads here with celiac.

Server was knowledgeable and helpful. Apparently the only gluten in the whole place is the fryer and wheat tortillas. Had no issues eating here, enjoyed our meal.

Pedro’s offers a fun setting in downtown Kennebunk port. Their tacos are made on corn Tortilla shells; the fried foods share a fryer so cross contamination is an issue, and all of the chips are made in house in the same fryers. I had the street tacos with chicken and Guac, but skip the chips and apps.
