Review of Pei Wei

Really good food but the staff is USELESS. They were out of white rice and brought me a plate with noodles that the guy said the manager said was totally gluten free. While looking it up on my phone the hostess runs over and takes them saying they're definitely not gluten free. I've eaten here twice and never been glutened but you have to be all over them if you want to walk out ok. Expect to spend half your calories dealing with the staff. That said I'll be eating here again, food's great.
