This chain has several posted GF options on their menu. When they took my order, they assured me they prepare all gluten-free dishes separately. When my meal was brought to the table, the server confirmed it was gluten-free without my asking, which I appreciate. It was past lunch time, so the restaurant was not crowded, and our meal came quickly. Food quality was a bit lower than I have had at other restaurants of the same chain, although it had been a few years. I went with the Kung Pao Chicken as I like that it has veggies as well as protein.

Definitely not celiac safe. I went there with my mom who has celiac disease and she just ordered a simple sweet and sour chicken plate with rice but after we got home she had a horrible contamination. The staff acted like they knew the importance of her food being gluten free but clearly that didn’t work out that well. Won’t be going there again or at least not with my mom so she doesn’t have to worry about being contaminated over mediocre food. Update: After posting this review my mom found out she was also dealing with food poisoning.

They have a small gluten free menu, my advice is to ask for the manager to take your order so it is done right. I have gotten very sick before called the restaurant to let them know, a manager called me back and urged me to come back and ask for a manager to take my order. I really enjoy this place, fast and decent food.

Did not prepare my food gluten free..not the first time this has happened with them...had to cancel all my plans that night and the next morning...very disappointed never going there again

I love pei wei but at this location I ordered a gluten free dish and found noodles mixed in with my rice.

GF menu a little limited, but still a variety. Employees were very aware of GF needs.

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.

I ordered the Gluten Free Bourbon chicken with rice and it was delicious and a good portion! I had no negative reaction!

I was able to get the Mongolian beef without sauce on white rice. Airports are hard sometimes but I saw someone else post about this place and ordered the same thing. Can confirm you can get it without the soy sauce.
