They said they have nothing for me.

I was able to get the Mongolian beef without sauce on white rice. Airports are hard sometimes but I saw someone else post about this place and ordered the same thing. Can confirm you can get it without the soy sauce.

Was apprehensive after the reviews but needed lunch and didn’t have any other options near by gate. Was told the Mongolian sauce was gluten free. I ordered the Mongolian steak and fried rice. I asked them to change gloves and wash the wok. I’m have a severe symptomatic gluten allergy and thankfully didn’t have a reaction.

No GF available. So disappointing.

1/16- No dedicated woks. Was offered veggie fried rice. When it arrived it was heavily coated in sauce (savory soy sauce). Wasted $15 and had to take Benadryl. Avoid if you need true gluten free. Ended up with Fritos and Highkey cookies from Hudson. This airport needs real options.

I, too, had the Pei Wei Chicken (w/ the cauliflower rice). I was also surprised when it was deep fried, but no issues.
Menu says GF, but staff have no idea.
He menu specifies gluten free option if requested. I requested it, the woman even pointed it out on there menu but as I reflect, she must think it means it is gluten friendly as is because what I got made me so sick. I double checked the receipts afterwards and there was no mention of my request so I just got the regular items, which made me sick. Avoid it.

(update) - looks like two options pro wei original chicken and sweet and sour chicken. ***must request gluten free*** did not try since corn is now out for me and found another allergen menu online for another location that indicate both had corn. Near gate C19
Had the spicy chicken. Didnt expect it to be deep fried, but it was good and no issues. In fairness, I did take a glutengo pill before eating.
I ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken, starting it needed to be gluten free. The person taking orders really had no clue what I was asking her. What I got did not appear to be GF and my receipt had no indication that it was supposed to be GF. Not wanting to end up with problems, I ended up letting my wife have it. As she ate it, she said I had made the right decision, and that she didn't think it was GF. I'd be very careful here, or avoid it altogether.

I can confirm that the only GF dish is the Spicy Chicken (which can be made non-spicy) - it comes with carrots and peapods and can get either white or brown rice. Of note: chicken is fried in soybean oil - you can ask them to stream it in chicken broth (which took a while to confirm that was GF) and you can ask them to serve the non-spicy chile vinegar sauce on the side (quite sugary in my opinion). An hour later I was still doing fine and it was delicious! The only bummer is that it did take a long time to order as I made it clear that my ordering GF was not a fad but a medical necessity. It did seem a bit of a sting that in my take out bag there was a fortune cookie (definitely not GF) - makes me wonder how educated the workers are about GF though I think the person who bagged my order didn't know I was GF.
Yes
The one entree available as GF is spicy chicken. Not bad, and is now on my list next to Chipotle for airport and fast on-the-go GF food!
I 've had Pei Wei at the Minneapolis airport and love it. I was very excited to see it was here. Unfortunately, they were closed at 8p. they were the only restaurant closed on the concourse. Very dissappointed. I did get a good GF meal at ChopHouse, but very pricey.
Horrible experience.
Their menu clearly marked an item as GF.
I ordered it and had a few bites. It didn't taste right, so I returned to the counter. I was scolded that I had to request the item GF, even though there was no indication a request was needed. The menu clearly stated GF, not a GF option.
Took a lengthy time for a cash refund.
Be careful out there.
Everyone seemed very skeptical of my request to make sure it was cooked in a clean pan. We'll see how I feel....
They only have two options, but when you are hungry at the airport it's better than anything. They cooked it in a clean wok and were understanding of my gluten allergy.
They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.

Ate here tonight and there were gluten free options, which the staff confirmed. The food was good (although a little spicy for my liking) but I did not get sick!
