The staff are very aware of celiac and all the sushi can be made gluten free. As someone who has eaten sushi at many different places in different US states, I would say it’s the best. Most places won’t allow you to have eel or tempura but this place will make it with gluten free substitutes.

I had the miso soup and two regular sushi rolls, food was good and they had gf soy sauce. The server did bring me a salad with a dressing that had gluten even though I’d told them I was gf. Luckily I didn’t realize my lunch came with a soup and salad so i asked if they were gf when they were brought over, to be safe.

Actually the best sushi you will ever have, no joke.

They have a chicken Pad Thai that is gluten free, and incredible.

The sushi is reliable as most sushi is, just ensure they don’t add tempura to your roll. They have gluten free soy sauce if you ask.
