We've been to Pellegrino's five times. The first four times were a very good experience. The fifth, we brought along a couple of family members. One of them got the fettuccine alfredo. He said the sauce was good but that he'd had better. It was large enough for his appetite and was filling. It did not settle well so will not order that entree again, if he returns. Another person had the crispy chicken salad. She asked for it with grilled chicken because of a gluten intolerance, and wanted to make sure the tortilla strips were also gluten free. The server went to the kitchen, came back and said yes they are corn. Later that evening she noticed she was having a painful reaction. Now it is debatable if this is a good restaurant with a gluten free menu.
