We've been to Pellegrino's five times. The first four times were a very good experience. The fifth, we brought along a couple of family members. One of them got the fettuccine alfredo. He said the sauce was good but that he'd had better. It was large enough for his appetite and was filling. It did not settle well so will not order that entree again, if he returns. Another person had the crispy chicken salad. She asked for it with grilled chicken because of a gluten intolerance, and wanted to make sure the tortilla strips were also gluten free. The server went to the kitchen, came back and said yes they are corn. Later that evening she noticed she was having a painful reaction. Now it is debatable if this is a good restaurant with a gluten free menu.

Common fryer so unable to order Chicken Parm. Ordered the spinach artichoke dip with gluten free roll and they brought it out with a chip sticking out of the top but the server promptly went and got a new dip since the chips are cooked in the shared fryer. The seafood in my Linguini Pescatore was perfectly cooked but the noodles were over cooked and mushy. The creme brulee was over cooked and the consistency was all wrong, almost separated, and the top was not crunchy. Overall very disappointing and will not return. Update: I got very sick

I’ve been to Pellegrino’s 3-4 times now and have not had issues after eating here. The first time that I came I got the Sicilian chicken Parmesan made gluten free and their gluten free rolls. Chicken parm was very delicious and would recommend. I’ve also gotten the spaghetti carbonara with their gluten free corkscrew pasta and I love it. Their gluten free rolls are good too. Almost all of their menu can be made with a gluten free substitute. The items that aren’t able to be substituted are if they are pre-made. Overall great experience for me, and if you would want to get dessert at the end Great their Spumoni ice cream. 👌🏻

The GF chicken Alfredo came out as a HUGE serving. The noodles used were not to my liking, but were GF. I also did not care for the sauce, it tasted like it came out of a jar. Disappointed in the taste of this meal but it was delivered GF and I had no reaction.

Fantastic! In town visiting family, They must have upgraded the pasta from past reviews because it reminded me of the barilla gluten free spaghetti. I had the vegan Prima Vera and I was so pleased (balsamic glaze), I had to force myself to have self control and save half for leftovers. We bought a bottle of the (organic/biodynamic) Lunaria coste do Moro montepulciano d’abruzzo, which was so good we bought another bottle to take home. Our waiter was so sweet and polite. If we lived here or when we come back we will return.

My celiac husband eats here all the time, loves it (as do I) and never gets sick. You're not getting super-gourmet Italian here, but lovely family food with excellent service.

Substituting thai rice noodles for italian noodles is NOT my idea of good gluten free options. It's a very lame attempt at saying they have gluten free options. Ick. I won't make that mistake again!

The gluten free past was just Thai kitchen rice noodles. My boyfriend order a medium steak that took for ever to cook and was well done. I would t recommend it.

Oh my goodness! I had the gluten free seafood Alfredo and it was amazing! They don't skimp on the seafood; decent amounts and plenty to be had! Also, the seafood was prepared well, not chewy or over cooked in any way. The staff was friendly, and our meal came in a timely manner despite how busy they seemed. Excellent place!
