What can I say? Celiac heaven! The staff were so understanding for our 2 with Celiac (and very sensitive to contamination). We had the 9 course tasting menu and the 2 with Celiac had a slightly modified menu. We all LOVED it and no contamination! A beautiful night of absolutely delicious GF food. Absolutely worth the money! Hint: If time allows, you can ask for a tour of the kitchen....a treat to see!

Best meal I have ever had. The staff was very attentive and ensured our dietary restrictions (including celiac) were carefully handled. Most dishes were naturally GF, and those that were not were substituted for GF alternatives that tasted amazing. Would love to return in the future!

For a fine dining, three Michelin star experience it doesn’t get better than Per Se as a Celiac. They are incredibly well versed in servicing Celiacs and every course is customized for safety. I’ve eaten here numerous times and have never been sick.
The service is exceptional, the food is beyond and some of the best courses I’ve had in my life were at Per Se (including dessert!).
I can’t recommend Per Se enough for your next celebration!

It’s was such a treat to dine here at Chef Thomas Keller’s fine establishment. The staff made the entire tasting menu gluten free, and even surprised me with a fabulous gluten free gift bag at the end of our meal. Highlights of the meal were Chef Keller’s famous oysters and pearls, freshly baked breads, and a whole array of gf desserts. If you have the opportunity, do not miss out on this simply divine experience.
