Review of Perch

They keep a separate station for gluten and everything else in the kitchen is gluten free. The woman who helped me said they treat gluten containing items as if it were raw meat or something and must be separate and cleaned up after. Hipsters will like the music and the food but you don't have to be a hipster to be comfortable here. Friendly staff, nice mix of food and good looking desserts will appeal to all. My burger was excellent - cooked just right. One of the best I've ever had. All the veggies were super fresh. The tomato tasted fresh off the vine. The ice cream sam'ich was wonderful - I think this is the first time since I've been an adult that I licked a plate in a restaurant.
