Great experience, just suggest that you talk to the manager before and have him inform your server! He showed me this great allergen list and I had fries and steak and made sure to stay away from the spinach that my table ordered.
Most of the menu is gluten free options and the famous steak sauce is gluten free. While the waiters aren't familiar with celiac disease, because all the meats and sides are gluten free there is minimal to no cross contamination. None of the desserts are gluten free but you're going there for the steak anyways. Definitely make a reservation and call ahead to tell them of any allergies.

I’m a long time fan of this place. I’ve eaten here before Celiac and since. This is not the sort of place you go to and then ask the waitstaff. This is a call ahead and discuss options with manager. That’s what I did. The manager went through the menu (which is limited to basically meat and steakhouse sides). The lunch time burger without bun and no fries is great (and a bargain at $15). It’s so delicious. The meat is incredible. I’ve also ordered the steak with no problem. The famous steak house sauce is fine. I also have the Cobb salad (the bacon is out of this world). And the steamed broccoli is delicious. I was clear to the waiters about my needs and they were fine. But call the manager before you go to vet the menu. It makes the whole experience much easier. It’s a great place if you like steak.
Yes
Clueless at best. Had no idea what I was talking about.
