This is one of my favorite restaurants!! I love the Mongolian beef and the shrimp/lobster sauce. The staff is very cautious about celiacs disease and I have never gotten sick! They also make GF dishes in a different color plate so you will be able to tell them apart easily ☺

P.F. Chang’s is great. I love the Mongolian beef and their shrimp dish. I have been successful every time I’ve been there. Plus, they also have edamame.

I was so happy when we found this place. My son and I both have Celiacs and we have been wishing for some Chinese food. They use different color plates to identify gluten free meals.

Got sick once on my birthday a few years back after eating here. Went back today, and now Im back in the same pain. 0/2, will never come back!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The food is incredible, the service is efficient and friendly, and they are all knowledgeable. So excited about this place!!!!!!

Went here tonight with my boyfriend and we ordered everything off the gluten free menu so we could share all the dishes (I have Celiacs he does not). While the food runner presented the food and identified it as GF, I've been writhing in pain since eating it. While Chinese food is easy to modify to be GF, my best guess is something either accidentally grabbed the regular soy sauce to make our dishes or there was some cross contamination. Will not take the chance of eating here again. Ouch :/

PF Chang's is one of the better establishments I've come across regarding allergies, even surpassing higher caliber restaurants in the area. GF dishes are served on special plates and are very tasty. The gluten free menu is on the ACTUAL menu that everyone else gets, AMAZING!

PFChangs GF menu is awesome! So many choices, how do you choose. Staff is always knowledgable about options. Live right down the street from our local location, eat there all the time, have never gotten sick. I did eat at a location in Boston once where our waitress was new, and she forgot to mark my meal GF. They have special plates with their logo on it that all the allergy meals come out on, when it arrived not on the correct plate I was immediately aware something was wrong, they fixed it immediately.

I got sick both times I ate from their GF menu.

The server told me they have a dedicated gluten free line in the kitchen. The gluten free food is served on plates that are a different color from non-gluten-free food for easy identification. When I order take out, the gluten-free items are labeled with stickers. And the food is amazing!

Always a good option for a safe gf meal. They have a gluten free area of the kitchen where gf food is cooked separately and comes on special plates so you know it was prepared correctly. Not tons of options but the Changs Spicy chicken and fried rice are solid. The egg drop soup is great too!

I ordered the dinner for 2 and phoned in advance to verify they could switch out the soup for the gluten free option ( egg drop soup). They did no problem, no extra charge and also verified the food was prepped with seperate pans, work area and used gluten free soy sauce. The take out order dishes were also labeled with bright orange gluten free stickers. The day after eating my celiac husband felt fine. No cross contamination! Good quality chinese good with fresh ingredients.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
