There is a chance this place made me sick. It was either this or lunardi pinot grigio which from what I can tell should be gf, but I am new to the gf wine world. They had a good amount of options. I got the fried rice. I have terrible luck in this area, but tonight it could only have been these two things, so I figured it was worth posting in case anyone else gets sick.

Like the other locations I've been to, this P.F. Chang's had a few good options that seem to be safe. GF items are marked on the menu. I usually get the lettuce wraps and it's usually enough to fill me up. This time my husband ordered the spicy chicken GF to share. I didn't realize it was fried until it came out, and didn't ask if they use a dedicated fryer. It tasted really good so I'd love to eat it again, but I'll ask next time. I didn't notice any symptoms, but then again, I'm never sure. I have Celiac but my symptoms aren't always clear.

P.F.Chang was a great option for gluten free food. They have gone above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. We ordered several gluten-free options but had no idea they provide gluten free sauces and soy sauce. Completely impressed by the food options.
Amazing! So many options and sauces for gluten free.

Really great gluten free options!
The server told me they have a dedicated gluten free line in the kitchen. The gluten free food is served on plates that are a different color from non-gluten-free food for easy identification. When I order take out, the gluten-free items are labeled with stickers. And the food is amazing!

Always a good option for a safe gf meal. They have a gluten free area of the kitchen where gf food is cooked separately and comes on special plates so you know it was prepared correctly. Not tons of options but the Changs Spicy chicken and fried rice are solid. The egg drop soup is great too!

I ordered the dinner for 2 and phoned in advance to verify they could switch out the soup for the gluten free option ( egg drop soup). They did no problem, no extra charge and also verified the food was prepped with seperate pans, work area and used gluten free soy sauce. The take out order dishes were also labeled with bright orange gluten free stickers. The day after eating my celiac husband felt fine. No cross contamination! Good quality chinese good with fresh ingredients.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
