I got the beef and broccoli GF and it was outstanding! The Chef came out to talk to me too about gf….I will be eating here alot !!! It was so good!!

They were knowledgeable, but there were not many choices and the food was mediocre. It had a weird spice on it and a bad after taste. My local Asian restaurants have much better Pad Thai. This was disappointing, especially given the price.

The food was excellent and they cook the gluten free food away from gluten food. They also have a separate fryer which is AMAZING. I had no issues with the food. I have Celiac Disease.

My meal tasted good and I felt fine. I was surprised they didn’t give me my own rice and I had to ask twice. Also I never received gf soy sauce.

As a gluten free establishment, it is pretty good. Not too many options, but the chicken lettuce wrap was very good. The ambiance is nice and fancy, but the food is on the pricey side. If you're a fan of meat and rice, you'll love the options, but you may be tough to find other options. Overall, the food was still very good and the service was adequate.

I got glutened at this P.F. Chang's. I had full blown celiac disease symptoms within 2 hours of eating at the P.F. Chang's in Beachwood, Ohio area on Chagrin Blvd.

The wait staff is extremely careful when ordering gluten free. I love the gf lettuce wraps and the fried rice (gluten free) I have never gotten sick here. Very clean facility and during happy hour in the bar area the lettuce wraps are only $6 instead of $12--

Excellent food! The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. Our waiter pointed out that GFree meals are served on different plates so servers are aware!

there were gluten free options but the staff did not seem well educated and I felt nervous that my food was really safe.

Went on a GF feast date w/a a friend & it was amazing! The server immediately removed a sauce from the table when we told him we are gluten free diners. We started with GF chicken lettuce wraps (given with GF sauce that he mixed up in front of us, assuring us all ingredients are GF). We split the GF Spicy Chicken & GF Mongolian Beef both with brown rice. We topped it all off with the GF chocolate torte dessert & felt great! They use separate areas for handling gf meals too which is HUGE since I'm very sensitive to cross contamination. Our server was very informed & helpful, will definitely be back!

too much salty food!! good service... though when I asked which gf soy sauce they used.. they handed me a sachet of kikkoman which has wheat in it.... now I'm afraid and will never eat there again for gf food......if u have serious gluten allergy... this is NOT the place.... not worth it: ( and the place was too dark... definitely NO star for me...

The server told me they have a dedicated gluten free line in the kitchen. The gluten free food is served on plates that are a different color from non-gluten-free food for easy identification. When I order take out, the gluten-free items are labeled with stickers. And the food is amazing!

Always a good option for a safe gf meal. They have a gluten free area of the kitchen where gf food is cooked separately and comes on special plates so you know it was prepared correctly. Not tons of options but the Changs Spicy chicken and fried rice are solid. The egg drop soup is great too!

I ordered the dinner for 2 and phoned in advance to verify they could switch out the soup for the gluten free option ( egg drop soup). They did no problem, no extra charge and also verified the food was prepped with seperate pans, work area and used gluten free soy sauce. The take out order dishes were also labeled with bright orange gluten free stickers. The day after eating my celiac husband felt fine. No cross contamination! Good quality chinese good with fresh ingredients.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
