Absolutely love P.F. Chang’s. I can’t eat it anymore due to soy avoidance, but it’s so good. They have a decent amount of options including a dessert.

GF food tasted great! They are also very clear what is gluten free on the menu and they understood when we explained cross-contamination worries with them. They didn’t make us feel bad about it either and checked to make sure they were extra careful in the kitchen. We have eaten here 4 times and have never gotten sick from gluten exposure.

Eaten here many times and have never been sick. They have a good amount of GF options and the food is amazing! They are always consistent and even use different plates to easily identify GF items. One of my favorite spots!

Orders GF Mongolian Beef and Chicken Fried Rice. Both tested on Nima sensor as safe! Mongolian Beef was really tasty but the chicken fried rice didn’t taste like much as it lacked seasoning and enough tamari to add flavor. Heard the server at a table next door saying that they don’t put the edamame on the menu as GF because it comes pre-packaged and they can’t guarantee there wasn’t cross-contamination before they handle it. Their servers seemed well training on GF protocol and I liked how they use different plates to distinguish
Went again and Nima teared GF Beef with Broccoli and think that was really good too

I’ve eaten here many times, never got sick! Also super delicious food as always. If your celiac they separate everything. The white plates with the black lines around the edge are dedicated GF plates and the RED ramikins are for their sauces that are GF. So they really do take care of your food and are super knowledgeable!

Celiac. Eaten here a couple dozen times over the years. They've always taken care of me and I have never been sick once.

Excellent food, very celiac friendly. I've never had an issue with their gf items.

Great job accommodating GF. Separate wok and separate dishes to serve GF. Wait staff could answer all questions. No problems with anything I ate.
We got the gf lettuce wraps and gf chang's spicy chicken. Waiter was knowledgable and it tasted really good.
If you are celiac/gluten intolerant, you must eat here! They are very knowledgeable and provide exceptional customer service. If you order off the GF menu they have plates with a different design so you know it was prepared in their dedicated GF section in the kitchen. When you order sauce it will come in a red cup which means GF. Dedicated GF woks and utensils. They even have GF strawberry shortcake! Cody brought our food to the table and immediately asked if I was celiac or gluten intolerant. He explained he has celiac as well and described how careful the cooks are and informed me of the above precautions they take to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. We had egg drop soup, lettuce wraps, spicy chicken and Shanghai cucumber. I didn't get sick and will definitely return!

Awesome!
All of my favorites are on the Gluten Free menu. I already liked PFC, but their GF menu makes it even better.
The server told me they have a dedicated gluten free line in the kitchen. The gluten free food is served on plates that are a different color from non-gluten-free food for easy identification. When I order take out, the gluten-free items are labeled with stickers. And the food is amazing!

Always a good option for a safe gf meal. They have a gluten free area of the kitchen where gf food is cooked separately and comes on special plates so you know it was prepared correctly. Not tons of options but the Changs Spicy chicken and fried rice are solid. The egg drop soup is great too!

I ordered the dinner for 2 and phoned in advance to verify they could switch out the soup for the gluten free option ( egg drop soup). They did no problem, no extra charge and also verified the food was prepped with seperate pans, work area and used gluten free soy sauce. The take out order dishes were also labeled with bright orange gluten free stickers. The day after eating my celiac husband felt fine. No cross contamination! Good quality chinese good with fresh ingredients.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
