They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed

I will say PF Chang’s was one of my only safe restaurants. Soy sauce causes of the worst reactions in celiacs. I’ve eaten here 50 times in the last 5 years. I’ve been “glutened” a dozen or so times — different locations. After at least 4 celiacs reactions from the Maple Grove location specifically, my family has stopped going to all together. It completely depends on who is making your meal, and I no longer trust relying on them to make my food safely.

My daughter is 2 and has celiacs. We have eaten here 3x and she has had no reactions. They have a dedicated fryer and an entirely separate GF menu upon request. We notified our server and all the necessary precautions were taken.
Have tried several options with positive results.

This used to be one of my go to places but unfortunately I have to remove it from my list. We ordered chicken fried rice to go. I ate it and started feeling ill not long after. I tested my leftovers with a nima tester and it came back positive for gluten. I seen their rating has fallen on this site. That should have been a red flag. I'm guessing they must have underwent a management change.

Years ago I use to like their food and didn't have any issues. The last time I went they forgot to put the meat in my meal. I also got very sick after eating it.

I have celiac and I’ve always a had a good experience ordering from this restaurant. They have a GF menu and a gluten free wok to cook all of the GF items in and clearly label the GF items for takeout. They also have GF soy sauce packets as well.

I hope our experience is not normal, and I understand things are very different for all restaurants right now, but unfortunately the gluten free food we ordered was not gluten free. My son has been sick all day after our delivery last night. We'll have to see if he wants to give it another shot when the restaurants reopen for in person dining.
Waited 15 minutes for SOMEONE to come to table. Ask hostess for a server. Left 7 minutes later and in the way out told her we were leaving and she told us to have a nice day...really !?!
love this place. great options and good food. no reactions. food comes on a plate specifying gluten free

Knowledgable staff, tons of options. Food comes out on special plates to identify allergy.

The food was good. Had chicken fried rice and egg drop soup. The gluten free soy sauce didn't taste normal. I liked that the menu stated that the soy sauce on the table wasn't gluten free. There were a lot of options for the gf menu and my food came on a specially labeled plate. A little disappointed that it was only a flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Just because I'm gluten free, doesn't mean I like choc cake lol. More options in the future would be great! Been 3 days since I ate there and haven't had any problems so I would say this is a good place to go.

waiter double checked gluten free and the experience was awesome. will be back.

Yum!! Menu is not that limited. You can easily get an appetizer and entree.

They have so many gluten free options here and they are so delicious!! We love eating here! They even have a dessert option!!

The GF selection is limited, but the food is great!! This is another of the places I can go to and not have to worry about getting sick.

I love PF Chang's and I'm not a picky eater, but have noticed complaints about the limited GF menu. Welcome to the Midwest!
So many options for GF at PF Changs and the waitstaff is very knowledgeable. I like that they can do the sauces GF as well!
Have had very good luck with them. I look forward to going to cities just to eat there or the one in the mall. The spicy chicken or pepper steak meals are Excellent. Only problem is the dessert menu, only 1 option which doesn't have much taste.

Awesome!
Best gf chinese selection, so many options! Love em :-)

Have never had a bad experience here. Food is delicious and the staff actually knows what gluten is and don't just say "I'll have to ask". I have seen complaints about the selection size and I just am thankful they even offer one, unlike most places. I highly recommend the GF Mongolian beef and the GF fried rice...both are awesome.
I've been impressed with the quality of the food and how well-trained the staff all seem to be. Special plates, separate sauces to ensure no cross-contamination... I feel safe eating there, and their gf food is good!
First had PF Chang in San Diego and was impressed, so we were disappointed by the limited menu at the Maple Grove location. Even more limited for picky GF kids.
Very limited selection, the gluten free menu is the size of an index card.
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

I eat here pretty often and have never gotten sick. They have great protocol for allergy orders, use special colored plates, and are very accommodating. I get the chicken and beef combo fried rice. They also have a gf chocolate dessert with ice cream that's amazing.
