As long as it’s not super busy it’s good. They are pretty good at handling things once you put it’s an allergy. The chicken tends to make me sick, so I just get beef dishes now. My takeout order got cabbage in it somehow and they remade it for me

Servers were very knowledgeable about GF food and asserted that the chefs were care with cross contamination. Server made suggestions when a sauce needed to be changed and indicated what we might try next time. Food was delicious and plentiful so we had doggie boxes to. I enjoyed again the next day. This was Sugar Land, not Westheimer.

So good!! The owner and head chef have personal ties to GF so they know a lot about it! I get the pad Thai and never have reaction! They make sure everything is safe even though they are not a fully GF facility

So not only is PF Chang’s Very Knowledgeable about gluten allergies that I have...they are accommodating of my wife’s but allergy! The waitress mentioned to the manager about our allergies...and he printed off a special menu for us that was SAFE for both allergies, as their meals are served family style.

Table was sticky, though server cleaned it quickly. noisy. food very very salty.

Limited gf menu and I was served a non- gf dish which the kitchen quickly took care of but our server seemed indifferent even though I said at least three times I was celiac and needed gluten free! Luckily I caught it before I ate.

Great experience and great food...
Best gluten free menu! Love this place!
We’re so sad! We love PF Changs. My mans noddles had PASTA in them. Although the box had stickers saying it was gluten free it was not. $40 spent on a nice meal for nothing. I would not recommend this Changs if you’re GF Celiac

They are very aware of cross contamination and what contains gluten. Not a lot of options but very good awareness.

Went on a busy night, had the gluten free chicken pad Thai with no tofu and gluten free Singapore street noodles. The server was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options and GFO is marked on the menu. At least 7 options which is more than most chains. The food was excellent, very flavourful and had no reaction whatsoever.

Ordered the spicy chicken with a side of fried rice and everything came out marked gluten free. Before I even got the check, I could already feel myself getting sicker by the second. This was likely a case of carelessness and seems to be a trend at this location based on other reviews. Would avoid this location if you are sensitive to cross contamination.
