The waitress was very attentive to gluten free needs. The restaurant uses different plates to signify that the food was prepared to be gluten free.

Went here after seeing good reviews. Happy to report They lived up to the billing! We sat at the bar (a trick I use to get more knowledgeable servers) and had great service. Was assured the meal would be GF and prepped on separate equipment. Had the Mongolian beef and had no reaction. Also happy to report the prices were in line with a normal P.F. Chang’s. 5*

I'm so happy to have a safe, GF dining location in the airport. The staff us knowledgeable and trained. The GF food should come out on white plates with a black border and sauces in a red cup. My sauce was in a black cup so the waitress took it back and brought me a fresh plate to make sure it was safe.

I've never had an issue with a pf Chang's restaurant however after eating here (lettuce wraps), I got that mild sickness indicative of cross contamination.
No
Excellent food options. They label everything in your carry out with a GF label. Favorite GF place to eat, although pricey.
Chicken pad Thai was great! GFO is the label on the menu for their gluten free offerings. They have 7 offerings and they are all good choices!

I’ve dined here 3 times, prior to taking a flight. Every time the food has been excellent, with fast service, which is necessary prior to a flight. Never any cross contamination, which is welcome prior to boarding an airplane. A+ overall.
ate here while waiting for a flight. food came quickly and was safe, no reaction.

Had a great experience here. I'm celiac and did not get sick. A bit pricey, but hey, you're in an airport. Great to have a safe place at Detroit airport.

Concourse A... Favorite airport option
We’re so sad! We love PF Changs. My mans noddles had PASTA in them. Although the box had stickers saying it was gluten free it was not. $40 spent on a nice meal for nothing. I would not recommend this Changs if you’re GF Celiac

They are very aware of cross contamination and what contains gluten. Not a lot of options but very good awareness.

Went on a busy night, had the gluten free chicken pad Thai with no tofu and gluten free Singapore street noodles. The server was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options and GFO is marked on the menu. At least 7 options which is more than most chains. The food was excellent, very flavourful and had no reaction whatsoever.

Ordered the spicy chicken with a side of fried rice and everything came out marked gluten free. Before I even got the check, I could already feel myself getting sicker by the second. This was likely a case of carelessness and seems to be a trend at this location based on other reviews. Would avoid this location if you are sensitive to cross contamination.
