They had a gluten free menu and gf orders were served on different colour dishes, however it made me feel very sick. Could have been cross contamination or there was something with gluten added by accident.

We are 100% gluten free! Our whole house. I have severe and immediate reaction to being glutened. We have never *knocks on wood* been glutened here. We have eaten at this location for 7ish years.

I ordered all Gluten free for my wife on Mother’s Day and unfortunately with Celiac she got so sick. It’s now 1 week later and she still feels sick. I reached out to the Fresno store and got no response from them. Very disappointed. We go to the Monterey store on a monthly basis and my wife has had no issues at all. Fresno sucks. This is the second bad experience with this store. Never again.

Always love coming to of Chang’s because of their dedicated gluten free spot in the kitchen.

I want to give them a better review but the last time I ate here I got so sick. Previously they had been very accommodating to my celiacs and I did not get sick, but my last take out order was contaminated. I was so happy to find Chinese did that I could eat, but I’ll have to pass on this restaurant. :(

Staff was very knowledgeable and they have dedicated kitchen space. However, it was very challenging for vegetarian options. Probably will not be my go-to chain for this reason.

We either eat here or get takeout several times a month. It's the safest restaurant we've found for my celiac disease in the area. The staff has always been super courteous and even anxious to make sure there's zero cross contamination for me. The food is always great too!

My experience was good. Food was clearly marked and handled as GF. Tasted great. There were about 6-7 GF options which was nice. Now, if only they had GF fortune cookies!

Felt better after my meal here than I do eating in my kitchen at home. Delicious.

Had my birthday party here. Pre-Order gf dinners for all. Delicious! Great service. Just had take out from there too. This is my favorite restaurant chain.

I was poisoned at the Fresno PF Changs. I spent 5 days being violently sick after eating there. My husband shared some of my meal and since he does not have celiac he was fine. That was how I was sure it was a gf reaction. I ordered gf. Asked if it was gf on delivery and it was on their special gf plate. I have never been so horribly sick for so long from gluten. Do not trust this Pf Chang. !!!!

The server told me they have a dedicated gluten free line in the kitchen. The gluten free food is served on plates that are a different color from non-gluten-free food for easy identification. When I order take out, the gluten-free items are labeled with stickers. And the food is amazing!

Always a good option for a safe gf meal. They have a gluten free area of the kitchen where gf food is cooked separately and comes on special plates so you know it was prepared correctly. Not tons of options but the Changs Spicy chicken and fried rice are solid. The egg drop soup is great too!

I ordered the dinner for 2 and phoned in advance to verify they could switch out the soup for the gluten free option ( egg drop soup). They did no problem, no extra charge and also verified the food was prepped with seperate pans, work area and used gluten free soy sauce. The take out order dishes were also labeled with bright orange gluten free stickers. The day after eating my celiac husband felt fine. No cross contamination! Good quality chinese good with fresh ingredients.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
