Pho 88

Rice noodles are cooked in the same water as the wheat noodles!! This means almost everything marked GF on the menu isn’t true. Misleading!

The food was delicious, and the menu had gluten free items marked. Can't speak to the kitchen processes and cross contamination, but no one got sick and we are thrilled to have a truly authentic Vietnamese restaurant at our disposal!

Traditional pho restaurant in Orlando's Mills 50/Little Saigon district. I had a pork and shrimp spring roll which was nothing special and the pho ga (chicken pho) which was really good. However, service was noticeably slow and unresponsive. No GF dedicated menu, but many dishes are naturally gluten-free.
