Went for a sit down meal so I could ask the server questions. She said only the chicken and veggie Pho are GF and they leave off the fried onions because their fryer isnt GF. The pho was delicious as always!

In the past I’d avoided here because of an experience with cross contamination, but after calling again recently I found out that they now upped their procedures and are a lot more safe for gluten contamination! That being said I think the only gluten free items are pho—but the pho is very good and reasonably priced, so that isn’t an issue by me in the slightest.

The only thing that is gluten free is the pho. They told me the sauces they use for noodle and rice dishes contains gluten.

I want to trust this place. The food is great and I live right by them. But I’ve gone twice and both times they’ve messed something up on the order. First time they said the fried onions weren’t gluten free but the dish came out with them on top. Second time I got takeout and it came with a sauce that, when I called back, they told me wasn’t gluten free. I actually think they have a good grasp on what to order, but they get so busy that the cooks make mistakes. And it makes you wonder - if there are mistakes I’m noticing, what else might be going on to cross contaminate?
Excellent food (and claim to be able to do many things gf) but felt pretty sick a few hours later.
