Yes, this restaurant has a good sense of humor about their name. Located on the non-touristy side of Auburn - and well worth a visit. While they do not have a GF menu, our servers were quite knowledgable about gluten. Most of the Pho's are GF (rice vermicelli), as are the Spring Rolls (in rice paper). Many of the stir-fried dishes are made with soy sauce, hoisin or oyster sauce, so they are not GF - but others are done with fish sauce (GF) only. They are happy to answer any questions in detail about ingredients - and I did get the impression that they would work with you on other dishes, if Pho isn't your thing. Some of the best beef Pho I've ever had, GF or no.
