Edit: Possible I got sick from something else and I may have previously been a little trigger-happy on this review. However, it’s important to note the following:
The man on the phone was not the knowledgeable owner I’ve spoken with before. He didn’t know what celiac was. He knew about gluten though and assured me they could make my pho gf.
When I asked him to include an alert on the ticket he wasn’t willing and only repeated his reassurances. I explained that I was referring to the space used and the utensils, and he stopped me to ensure me that they would put utensils in the bag with the order. 🤦♀ I went on to explain better, and he still insisted that I had nothing to worry about.
I ordered the beef pho without meatballs and the chicken pho to split with my husband. I wasn’t really into either one, so I didn’t eat much.
Next day I could feel the pain ramping up, but I’m not 100% positive it was from them. When I contacted them about it, I spoke with an owner, and he remembered that order and said he was actually alerted before making it himself and he took careful precautions. I put more trust in him, and to be fair, it’s possible I got sick from something else. I just don’t know for sure, and the guy who took my order seriously damaged my confidence in them.

Easily accommodated request to make a couple items gluten free for my daughter. She was really happy with the chicken pho and they seem knowledgeable about what was in the dishes. Would definitely eat here again!

Lots of gluten free options. I had the beef pho without the meatballs as the meatballs contain wheat. Also has the fresh salad rolls without the peanut sauce as it isn't gluten free. Server substituted for sweet chili sauce instead. Knowledgeable staff and delicious food.
Yes
Lots of GF options & the owner is very kind & accommodating. Bonus that they have a little kids area to play
