Their pho is gluten free and so is their Thai tea, I’ve been twice and both times have been a good experience. Going during a less busy time is the best plan. I haven’t ordered anything off of the grill or out of their fryer, I just stick with the pho. However they have another gluten free noodle dish that they advertise for that looks good!

Called to place an order to go and was told NOTHING on the menu can be prepared gluten free except the pho. Not even tamari was a substitute in the Pad Thai.

Bottom line: we’re gonna try this place again, but watch the prices of the dishes. Expensive- $85 as three entrees, salad rolls and two lemonades. The lemonade was nutrasweet and corn syrup sweetened I think. Super fast delivery of foods. Super sweet servers. Underwhelming food. Possible cross contamination from deep fried tofu, not sure if shared fryer but I would guess it is shared with wheat? We got fried rice, bland and meh, maybe $15? Combo bun cha/vermicelli noodle bowl (super sweet marinated grilled meat and what seemed like wheat spring rolls) and sweet flavor with no fish sauce flavor- light vinegar- not balanced taste. We think they specialize in pho and we want to go back and try. For wheat eaters they look like they have amazing dumplings.

I really like their authentic food. I ordered pad Thai and it was yummy. You do need to be careful. On two separate visits, I was asked if they could add a little soy sauce to my gluten free dish and the next visit if they could add a little shortening to the grill because they ran out of gf oil. They kept stressing it was just a little bit. I did not feel sick after eating there. I did appreciate that they asked me first, but there is a disconnect on the importance of keeping food completely gf. I will go back but I will use caution when ordering and interacting with the staff.

Not sure they know what gluten is? I called and asked if their Pho was GF and was given a very definite "no". I will have to try again and talk to the cooks, I sure do miss pho!
