Pho Vietnam Restaurant

No gf items marked but staff usually knowledgeable. When I get pho I ask for the noodles to be cooked separately from regular noodles. The noodles they give me don't get soggy like other types of rice noodles. Rihanna at Eagle Road location is wonderful and helped me with gf options!

What a wonderful place. Food was delicious. They will adapt to needs easily and knowledgeably. We lucked out getting a table. Filled up with quite a waiting line. Heard people are often willing to wait two hours. I believe it!

Lots of GF options to choose from!

Unfortunately it is not Celiac Safe, I used my Nima meter to test the Pho and it came back as gluten found after I specified my food must be gluten free. Not sure what had changed but it’s very upsetting since I have safely eaten there in the past and it was amazing!

Excellent experience here. Almost everything on the menu can be made gf and the food is really good. Waitress was super nice and knowledgable. And I didn't get glutened!

This place was amazing and from someone with celiac disease this was place was a wonderful treat. Great portions and the food was beyond delicious. The staff was wonderful and knew what they were talking about. I would recommend this to anyone who wants Vietnamese food. They even reassure that the food is gluten free when they bring it to the table that was really nice and made me feel as though they truly cared.

Almost everything can be made gf.

So glad we found this place with the findmeglutenfree app! We should've called ahead for reservations cause they were busy but we are glad we waited 20 minutes to sit - worth it! Spicy lemongrass chicken spring roll, king pho and grilled pork boonie were all excellent with well-balanced flavors and large portions. It was definitely GF cause we feel great!

Great place to eat! The food is delicious, generous portions, and the staff is very knowledgeable. They can make most dishes gluten free. Will be returning. Another plus is that it's bring your own alcohol!

Great fresh food and we've never gotten sick after eating here! The servers are all really nice and mention that they will tell the kitchen about our gluten-free need. It's a relief to have another safe option to dine out at!

Delicious and gluten free! We ordered the fresh limeaid, spring rolls, sizzling steak pho, ginger chicken skillet, and the coconut dessert. It was all delicious! No wine list, but the people behind us brought their own. Glad we waited instead of going somewhere else. It was worth it!

Amazing fresh and authentic Vietnamese

Food is great, and each meal is made to order so you can request gluten free, soy free, nut free, etc. The staff are English speakers so its easy to communicate special dietary needs.It is a little more expensive than some other run of the mill Thai places, but worth it. The restaurant interior is simple and clean. The waitstaff can be a little disinterested in the cusomers, it depends on who you get.

I'm not sure anything on the menu has gluten. rice noodles, rice wrapped spring rolls, etc. Food is great. if.you havnt had Vietnamese but like thai you'll do just fine here. dairy ftee, vegetarian + -vegan friendly as well.
