Pico pizza have in collaboration with the Feelgood Bakery developed their own gluten-free pizza dough. They handle all doughs, gluten-free as well as regular dough, with rice flour. There is no wheat flour in the restaurant. However, they bake all pizzas in the same oven, on the same stone and at the same countertop. The gluten free pizza was very good, and they had never revieved feedback of cross contamination.

The pizza tastes amazing but definitely not safe for celiacs! I got super sick here and felt misled reading their website. There’s definitely cross contamination since everything is baked in the same oven.

The best glutenfree pizza I have ever eaten! Love the concept of sharing different pizzas - and the crust dip!!

All of the pizzas (GF and not) are made on the same line with the same ingredients using the same pizza peel and on the same rotating surface in the pizza oven. We did not eat here because it was not Celiac safe. They were honest about it but it was much more risky than I felt the website indicated.

Best GF pizza dough I’ve had. Didn’t look any different than the regular one (which is never the case). They serve smaller pizzas so you can order two or three different kinds. Highly recommend.
