Pico pizza have in collaboration with the Feelgood Bakery developed their own gluten-free pizza dough. They handle all doughs, gluten-free as well as regular dough, with rice flour. There is no wheat flour in the restaurant. However, they bake all pizzas in the same oven, on the same stone and at the same countertop. The gluten free pizza was very good, and they had never revieved feedback of cross contamination.
