I would give this negative stars if possible. They cook the pizza directly on a gluten surface with no way of preventing cross contamination. The day I went they didn't even have lettuce to make a salad so I had no options.

Great place. Gluten free was prepared separately by dedicated person. Cross contamination was avoided. Also has keto and vegan options and build your own salad. Kids liked it too as well as the adults. Friendly staff and VERY CLEAN.

Cauliflower crust pizza was good and they had nut free pesto and vegan cheese. They also changed gloves and put the pizza on a separate metal pizza piel. Then they baked the pizza in the same oven but on paper to avoid cross contamination. They asked if I had the allergy and took good precautions. The pizza was delicious.

The food was excellent. The pizza is heaven. They have separate sauce, oils, etc to a spud cross contamination. I got the GF dessert pizza and it was amazing.

Pieology offers both gluten free dough and vegan cheese. I was impressed that they have a separate squirt bottle of marinara sauce in order to avoid cross contamination. Plus, the staff changed their gloves. I didn’t encounter a problem and the employee was nice and wanted to ensure me that she was taking precautions against cross contamination. My gluten free, dairy free pizza tasted good and I would go back soon.

Great job. They asked if gf was preference or allergy, and when I told them allergy they did a great job preventing cross contamination. New gloves, designated utensils, separate oil and sauces, no bad reaction, only delicious pizza.

Untrained staff at this location. The cook contaminated my pizza. Thankfully my wife was watching and brought it up to the manager. The manager quickly denied it, but the cook was honest and admitted that he messed up. Not a safe place for Celiacs.

Everything was great, except they weren’t Celiac friendly. We are new to this diagnosis so we went with it...but they changed gloves got out gluten free bread put it on a special pan BUT THEN they used the same spoon that touches all the gluten dough:/ Isn’t that a big no no? Then they cooked it directly on the surface gluten touches??? That can’t be Celiac friendly:(

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.

Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.

This is a fairly new pizza place in Honolulu and is close to the University. When I said i was celiac, the server changed her gloves and was careful about preparing my pizza and cooking it. You choose all the toppings you want so it’s pretty easy to order a pizza you like. The restaurant was busy so that speaks volumes.
