Review of Pieology

I was happy to see gf crust option (one gf and one cauliflower that I’m assuming is also gf). I ordered the gf and it was one of the better crusts I’ve had. Still slightly chewy with a crispy edge. The pizza was surprisingly good. I have t gotten sick from this location. They use separate oven or at least separate pans/trays.
