I was happy to see gf crust option (one gf and one cauliflower that I’m assuming is also gf). I ordered the gf and it was one of the better crusts I’ve had. Still slightly chewy with a crispy edge. The pizza was surprisingly good. I have t gotten sick from this location. They use separate oven or at least separate pans/trays.

I read previous reviews saying the separate oven didn’t work. Well when we visited a few weeks ago it was working. They have a few GF/Keto crusts (I want to say 3 crusts that are GF). They will ask if it’s an allergy, they change gloves and grab some ingredients from the fridge. They cooked our pizza in the GF oven. We both agree that the GF Cauliflower crust they have is actually better than the GF dough crust they have. It’s way more crunchy & we love that! I’ve never had a reaction eating here. They are very knowledgeable & helpful.

They will change gloves and put pizzas on screen pans. Love their cauliflower crust but found that they GF crusts have milk so it defeats the vegan options. The herb butter sauce is not real butter.

They have a dedicated gf pizza oven and ladles with sauces. They will change gloves if you tell them to.

Used to be really good. But their separate gluten free oven no longer works and you have to ask for a glove change and separate tray. The restaurant has gotten progressively more disgusting, especially the area where they prepare the pizzas. I used to frequent pieology when they first opened, but the last time I ate there I got sick, so no more.

They put our gluten-free crust pizzas in the same oven as everyone else’s pizzas. They weren’t on a tray or anything. And I had to ask for a glove change. Also they put the numbers that were sitting on the counter that the flour crusts touch (and that they touch with the same gloves that they use to touch the flour crusts) on our pizza and couldn’t understand why that would be a problem. I’m extra vigilant when it comes to my celiac daughter’s food. She’s in so much pain if she’s glutened.

Manager, Shaniah, went above and beyond to make sure our pizzas were made carefully and not cross-contaminated. They have a separate gluten free oven, separate utensils and cutting area. Perfection!
Ordered delivery, gluten free crust was thin crispy and delicious, bonus they have vegan cheese, gf crust is also vegan

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.
Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.

It was good. But there was way too much cross contamination.
