Review of Pierce's Pitt Bar-B-Que

Loved this BBQ place. Yes there’s probably a chance for cross contamination. But the cashier showed me their gluten free menu and looked at their list of ingredients when I asked about something. I had the brisket “sandwich” (no bun) and potato salad. Thoroughly enjoyed it and I feel good.
