They have a separate GF menu and when I mentioned I was celiac, the waiter noted it on the order. He did also mention that while they couldn’t guarantee 100% GF environment, they are careful.
We went twice, both times having salad and pizza. I love that the pizza dough made fresh and baked in the pizza oven. Nothing frozen here. It’s a thin crust, but has the crunchy, bubbled edges that you only get from a fired oven. We had the Speck both times, simple and yummy.
First time we had the Kale salad and second time the arugula. The salads are heavy on the greens, light on additions. They were dressed well with good dressings.
No GI issues afterwards either time.
