I have just moved to the area and this is a very special shop. The staff is knowledgeable about preparing safe gluten free food and very helpful. They have an abundance of to-go gluten free options, many are made in house and everything is of excellent quality. If you like healthy high quality food, accompanied by excellent service this is sure to be a favorite. I often pick up my matcha and a house made gf muffin in the morning. I also enjoy their cold pressed juices and freshly made soups and more.

It's a $4 "upsell" (their words)/gouge for gluten free bread on $16-18 sandwiches. Not a fan of places that try to get even more money from celiacs just because we have a disease, it's hard enough already, ate elsewhere.

Excellent! I had a turkey cheese burger on a gluten free bun. Accompanied by a lovely salad and a great slaw. They even had GF pasta.
