Great experience! I had the brisket with Cole slaw and potato salad. Best potato salad I've ever had. Bbq sauce is GF. There is a list of items with gluten at the register for staff (includes the ribs, nachos, pasta salad, etc). I asked for a glove change and got told that they automatically use a new cutting board because they cut the bread and the meat on the same one. I feel fine the next morning.

Well the cashier was clueless but another server popped right in with her knowledge about what was safe me! I had the pulled pork and coleslaw. It was a great experience!

I have food allergies, not celiac. Amazing BBQ! I got the (sliced) brisket sandwich without the bun. Brisket was spot on!! Barbecue sauce is gluten-free. Good variety of gluten-free sides. Chose coleslaw (Not sweet enough for my taste) and potato salad (Not southern style). Never tasted the potato salad, because it contained other ingredients that I'm allergic to (white, not yellow, with green specks that ended up being parsley, which is one of my allergies). Staff very accommodating and let me switch it out for corn on the cob (roasted).
Most of the menu items are gluten free; however, ribs, chicken, pasta (pasta salad, mac & cheese), and nachos have gluten. I'm pretty sure there's one other item containing gluten but can't remember for sure (It might have been pasta counted for 2 items).
My husband and mom chose the Grateful Jam (chopped brisket with housemade pimento cheese and bacon jam on a toasted bun). Both had mouth-gasms. Both agreed if pimento cheese and bacon jam are gluten-free (I didn't check), definitely worth a try!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! I recently found out how GF friendly most bbq places are now and I was so excited when I saw the reviews on this one. The girl who took my order wasn’t sure on their GF protocols so she asked the girl who was preparing the food. She assured me it would be safe so I told her what I wanted. I ordered the brisket and pulled pork with beans and potato salad. She pulled out a fresh cutting board and knife. Then she went to the back and got fresh cuts of meat! That’s always makes me happy! Of all the places we ate in Natchez, this was the only place where I had full confidence in what I was eating. Def recommend.

2nd visit to Natchez & 2nd successful visit to Pig Out! The food is absolutely delicious! We had the brisket, baked beans & coleslaw. Hubby didn’t get sick!
The brisket was unbelievable! So tender & juicy! (The BBQ is also safe) The coleslaw was good (after I added 1/2 pack of sugar & a little salt). I’m not sure what all the fanfare about the baked beans is about… they were ok. I just feel bad for people that have never had better than that! Lol
Staff is very nice & knew right away what had gluten & what our options were. We will be back on our next visit to Natchez!

Daughter (celiac) ordered the brisket with coleslaw, baked beans & corn on the cob. Food was sooo good! She said it was the best bbq she’s ever had. No reaction, recommend to others for some amazing barbecue.

Excellent BBQ! Owner made sure there were no cross contamination issues!

Great service. The owner is very knowledgeable on celiac and takes great precaution. Great food and gluten free.

There are very few options in Natchez for safe gluten free dining. I went on a slow night. The manager on duty told me that everything was gluten free BUT the macaroni and cheese and the pasta salad and the bread products and desserts. So basically the meats are safe and most of the sides. They also changed gloves and knives for when they cut the meats.
I had double serving of baked beans for my sides and barbecue chicken with the house barbecue sauce and a lemonade. Tastes great and wasn’t as greasy and fatty as other barbecue places I’ve been to. My friend had the pulled pork and turkey, potato salad, and baked beans.
Yes
Agree with the previous reviewer. After call to owner by staff was told that all BBQ and sauce were indeed GF. Ate the pulled pork and it was very good. Didn't want to risk the sides as was in the middle of a road trip - my non GF husband tried the coleslaw and potato salad along with brisket and chicken and it was also quite tasty. No ill effects and would recommend to those visiting Natchez.
The BBQ is delicious! All of their meats and BBQ sauces are GF. BBQ beans are gf. They said everything on the menu besides their bread, pasta, and potato salad if GF. Very friendly. I enjoyed my BBQ and did not get sick!
