Great food! This was the only restaurant I could find in the area, that the fries didn't have that wheat coating on them! They are cooked in the same oil as wheat products but for me I can tolerate that. The service was excellent & he did have a gf menu that was very detailed! I ate here with no issues & it was very tasty!

**Update: My sister and I both got sick from cross contamination. We went at 4pm when it wasn't busy thinking they would be more careful. Unfortunately we were wrong.** Gluten-free menu available upon request. The gluten-free food came out first and separate from the other orders. I ordered the mahi-mahi with mango salsa and the server told me the only sides I could have were the mashed potatoes and the corn on the cob. My sister had grilled shrimp with slaw and corn. The food was okay. My fish was dry and over cooked. You are definitely paying for the tourist experience.

The food was overpriced and I wasn’t super comfortable, but we had a great waiter. It’s a super touristy place and they are HUGE, so there is a large risk for cross contamination. I think it’s more of a place you go to experience, not necessarily for the food. Felt fine after eating, but definitely don’t think I would go again

The waiter brought us a gluten free menu and let us know they change gloves and prepare the food away from others. The manager came out and reassured us that they deal with celiac often and they have protocols in place to prevent cross contamination. He also helped us with letting us create a meal for our little girl. The waiter brought out every condiment package for us to read ad well and both the waiter and manager checked on her once her food was delivered to make sure everything was okay. It was an amazing experience and our little girl with celiac who is highly sensitive to cross contamination did not get sick and had a great time.

I was a little disappointed. Although my mahi and broccoli were cooked well, there was no seasoning on either (per their menu). I am grateful the fish was moist and well cooked but I love good flavorful dishes. We probably will not go back .

Very touristy, but worth it. I had the grilled shrimp and grits. They were wonderful. There is not a huge GF menu, but enough options of seafood vs. non seafood. My waiter was very knowledgeable. The kitchen cooked mine in a clean area and changed gloves. I did not get sick.

My 16 year old daughter was thankful for a gluten free menu. She got the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and mango slaw. When they brought it out they asked who had the gluten allergy and gave her food on totally different plates. She felt like her food was safe and we appreciate that!

Mostly fried food but the few gluten free options were delicious. They did have an allergen book to see what every dish had. Needs gluten free kids meal though.

I have eaten here on multiple occasions. The staff is pretty knowledgeable. The ribs are fantastic. I've never had any reactions. Definitely a stop on our vacations.

I had the seafood Cobb salad (minus the imitation crab) and did not get sick afterwards. It was yummy, but without the crab the only seafood was 3 pieces of shrimp.

My family enjoyed Pineapple Willy’s on Thursday, June 6, 2019. My wife and youngest daughter both have celiacs, so finding a safe place to eat can be challenging. (My wife in particular is VERY sensitive - and she will be out of commission for at least 24 hours if she eats anything contaminated.) Pineapple Willy’s is definitely safe. First of all - they have a dedicated menu for gluten free items. It basically shows what is safe from the main menu. Second - they DO NOT have a dedicated fryer. So nothing fried is safe. But - there is a terrific menu available. My wife had the mahi-mahi with corn on the cob and mashed potatoes. She said it was delicious. My daughter had the bucket of ribs, with corn on the cob and coleslaw. I had the grilled shrimp and my older daughter (who doesn’t have celiac) had the Willy Philly. Everything was great. The waitress was very helpful and was great at answering our questions about the menu.

They have a GF menu but contains 4 different salads and 4 different fish options. I go the Mahi Mahi which was on the gluten free menu. It seemed over cooked and I ended up sick before we left. I ended up being up all night and I have been completely miserable all day today. We are so very disappointed. My non-celiac family members enjoyed the food 😕
