Pip is such a great spot! The restaurants owned by this group are very accommodating for celiac/gluten free diets or restrictions. I got the short rib eggs Benedict on GF toast. My understanding is that they make their potatoes gluten free. The braised beef with caramelized onions and dill hollandaise was amazing. Also ask for their house hot sauce, it packs a lot of flavour and paired perfectly with the food. They were attentive and aware of my dietary restrictions which was great.
