Pip is such a great spot! The restaurants owned by this group are very accommodating for celiac/gluten free diets or restrictions. I got the short rib eggs Benedict on GF toast. My understanding is that they make their potatoes gluten free. The braised beef with caramelized onions and dill hollandaise was amazing. Also ask for their house hot sauce, it packs a lot of flavour and paired perfectly with the food. They were attentive and aware of my dietary restrictions which was great.

The eggs benedict was amazing and staff was knowledgable about cross contamination. They don’t have a dedicated fryer but were able to pan-fry my hashbrowns so they were safe.

Delicious food! One of my go to places and the first one I mention when making brunch or dinner plans. The menu is not marked but there are many options that can be done gluten free. Almost every time I’ve gone the staff have been great, friendly and able to answer questions or would consult with the kitchen when they didn’t know, apart from one experience when the waitress recommended entrees that came with farrow and couscous (both literally just wheat) as GF options and in general was not particularly friendly or accommodating. However, the kitchen has always been able to accommodate GF options and the food has been amazing every time. They use continental treat bread for their brunch and it’s my absolute favourite, so highly recommend their mushroom toast. I’ve never gotten sick from eating here.

Absolutely wonderful experience, no items are listed on the menu - but the servers are super knowledgeable, and there’s only a few options that can’t be made gf. I can’t wait to go back!

We searched Whyte Ave for a Brunch option on a Thursday morning & found this Gem. Staff was pleasant & knowledgeable & the food was FANTASTIC ! My Eggs Benny was sooooooo delicious 10/10 & my Spouse had the Farmers breakfast which he gave 10/10 rating.
