We endet up here as all other restaurants with gf options on the FMGF-app are closed on Sundays. Pizza was good though, staff very knowledgeable and keen tl meet pur requirements.

I give five stars since I’m celiac and did not get sick. I would have if it was cross contaminated. We talked to the manager and explained that I would get sick if it was cross contaminated. She made the pizza herself. I just got a gluten free pizza with pepperoni. I wouldn’t say it was one of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve had in terms of flavor and spices. But it was just fine for Gallup NM. I would go again.

My wife and I got 12 wings with Buffalo sauce and a medium GF pizza with different toppings on each side, she got Mushrooms and Olives, I had chicken and green chile. An employee came over and asked if we wanted the wings cooked twice, because in her experience they can be “gummy” if only cooked once. The sauce was spicy but not overwhelming.
This place is Chicago style, but of course the GF crust is thinner. It was gooey and this was the first, but not last time I’ll have green chile on pizza.
The place is connected to the mall, but there’s a separate entrance so even if the mall is closed they are still open.

Got a pizza and salad. Crust is your typical thin and crust crust, pizza makes up for it by being nice and cheesy.
Here is what the company said when I reached out on my gluten free ABQ insta page: ““Our procedures are to use separate food prep utensils for gluten free pizzas to try to prevent cross contamination. Our regular dough area is separate from where we prep the gluten free pizzas. It may also be helpful to mention your concerns to the CSR upon placing your order and mention to them that it is vital extra precautions are taken when preparing your order. However unfortunately we cannot guarantee 100% that no cross contamination will occur.”

Great pizza, staff was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free and what was safe. I got a simple pepperoni pizza and it was delicious.

Pizza was delicious and my celiac daughter didn’t get sick. Staff was very friendly & understood what celiac was with no explanation they changed gloves etc. If I lived in NM I would be a regular of this establishment. Honestly it was so nice to not have the normal super thin crunchy gf pizza so many places serve.

Not GF friendly. We ordered the barbecue chicken pizza with the gluten Free crust option. Unfortunately it seems that the sauce was not GF. I’ve been paying the price for two days now.
