The guy at the counter was severely unwilling to help. Don't think it was us asking about cross contamination. He just seemed stoned and couldn't get a straight word out of his mouth.

This place has excellent pizza. They have small and medium gluten free crust that tastes great. A sign on the wall warns against cross contamination (and recommends against celiac exposure since it is a pizza restaurant) but when I asked the pizza chef if special care can be taken, he happily said yes, and did the best you can expect in a pizza restaurant. Thanks! None of the highly-intolerant members of my family had any reactions. Nicely stocked salad bar as well.
Gluten Free crust, but cross contaminated prep surfaces, only wiped down between GF and non-GF prep and possible oven surface contamination. Not worth the risk.
No
I was too afraid to risk the cross contamination. They have quite a few signs that state that they do not have a dedicated cooking area or training for celiac customers. eat at your own risk
I was very skeptical at first but ... So far so good and the pizza was yummy !!I had a GF mini pepperoni mushroom and cheese ... The crust comes thin and crispy. It is individually wrapped. They used new gloves ... My only curiosity is if there could've possibly been cross contamination with the "production line / toppings" area ... But as mentioned so far so good 3 hrs into our trip 😊 PS the sauce is delish !I GAVE IT 4 stars only because the kids (employees) didn't know exactly which meat toppings were GF
I am not celiac, but seriously gluten intolerant. I had the delicious cauliflower crust - one of the best I've ever had- and no reactions. Sooo good!! Prices are so reasonable too, tho the cauliflower crust only comes in size small and the GF crust only comes in size medium.

Toppings are spread all the way to edge of the pizza pies. Covering the crust is a great idea as it helps clothe the GF crust. Yes, stomachs gurgled and brains fizzed, lips smacked, and eyes rolled back in pleasure. We ordered a pepperoni and a greek. The former was delicious, the latter was fairly authentic. They do a good job here.

Very knowledgeable and made all the appropriate accommodations - fresh gloves, separate pan, clean plastic cutter. My son is a very sensitive celiac and had no issues. All very fresh ingredients! Only complaint was the pricing! Very expensive for even a non gf pizza. We didn’t get sick on vacation, so that’s priceless!

My gluten free pizza was so good. 😋 It’s a thin crust pizza with some crutch, just how I love it!

Pizza tasted good, crust was served a little on the burnt side.
