Heads up: I didn’t try the gluten free crust because the waiter gave me a heads up that cheese helps bind this cauliflower crust and I also avoid dairy.
Really good! We had the GF Americano Pizza. Tasty crust snd toppings, nice texture. $5 extra forGF pie, made in area that could have cross contamination, cooked in a separate brick oven.

This is not only the best GF pizza I’ve ever had, but the best pizza I’ve ever had in the States. Period. I’m very picky about Italian food bc I am Italian and have lived in Italy. I’m sad that now I’ll probably never have it again! I got the Tomato Pie and it was worth every bit. I think with the $5 GF crust upcharge it was $30 but could have easily been split between 2-3 people. I, naturally, ate the whole thing by myself and am beyond miserable but don’t regret a thing. 🤣 GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m baffled. I read a lot of reviews here and elsewhere online and still didn’t want to get my hopes up too high, but this is one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. It’s like school lunch pizza. It’s bizarrely bad. The crust is like a cracker (not in a good way) and while I expected cured meats as toppings, the pizza is wayyyy too salty, and not all the listed toppings were on the pizza. Hopefully I don’t get sick because it wouldn’t have been worth it. Freschetta GF is a million times better than this. I’m embarrassed I ordered it (for delivery, so it was even more expensive).

🌾🚫 Dedicated Gluten Free Pizza Oven
🚗 We ordered our pizza through Uber Eats. Prior to placing the order, we called to confirm their gluten free preparations. Upon receiving our pizza, the Uber driver confirmed this was a specialty gluten free pizza.
🍕 We ordered the Gluten Free Pancetta Gorgonzola Pizza with the addictions of: Fresh Mozzarella, Prosciutto, and Basil 🌿
🔺 Pricey 🍕 but delicious! I just saw the tip about happy hour on here! We’ll definitely give that a try next time we’re in the area!

Hot tip! You can make any happy hour (Monday-Thursday 3:00-6pm) pizza on a GF crust for a $5 up charge which ends up saving you big! I paid $13 for a $25 pizza (serves 2) I got the chicken bacon ranch…drool! Gf pizza is made in a separate area. Not dedicated kitchen.

I was visiting Las Vegas and my non-celiac friends raved about this place and I was pleased to see they offered GF bread and vegan cheese (I also cannot eat dairy.)
I opted to create my own pizza with bacon, Canadian ham, and pineapple. Very good and I did not get ill! My only complaint was how expensive it was. It was close to $40 for the toppings, gluten free bread (which was very thin type bread), and vegan cheese. But I was happy to enjoy pizza with my friends have have something different so it was worth it!
It was hard to ask questions via the phone since I was ordering it to go and their background noise was too loud, but per my understanding it wasn’t cooked on any shared surface in the oven. I am very sensitive and will even get sick with small cross-contamination and I had zero reaction.

They have a gluten free section on their menu with 2 pizzas. I was a little worried cause on the menu it says they cook the pizzas separately but prepare them in an area with gluten containing ingredients. Felt pretty good after though and the pizza tasted great!

First time. Don't be fooled by the "limited GF pizza offered". They have two kinds of pizza with a variety of toppings in the menu. But they offer GF crust and you can get most any kind of other pizza on the menu. Separate oven is the reason I came. Yes, they admit they do prepare near other non-GF pizza, so that's the risk you must weigh. But my pizza (just got cheese) was good, flavorful and a good size. I asked about a few toppings but since the waitress wasn't sure, I just declined at the table rather than have her check.

They have the BEST gluten free pizza I have ever had! They make it themselves, and it's fantastic. Tip: If you go during happy hour, you can get a 10" pizza for $7-10 (depending on if you want single topping or specialty). Made in dedicated oven.

I have never had a such a bad experience with a cashier. I asked him if he could check if their pepperoni was gluten free and he said No! And refused to answer any other question. This place doesn’t care about your allergy.

GF pizza crust was very tasty. My daughter is ciliac but loves pizza. The pizza we got for her was quite good and she didn’t have any reactions that day or the next from leftovers. The waitress was nice also.

Really tasty gf pizza and wings, big enough to easily feed three people
Yes
Gluten free pizza crust is so good. One of the best actually. Definitely on the list to visit again. Got chicken bacon ranch this time and so good.
Yes
Great GF crust. Great toppings. It’s not easy to find GF food in Vegas so this was a real treat!!
The GF pizza was very good. Friendly staff, and tasty cocktails. Just beware of the drink prices... 😉
i was here 4yrs ago was good than but have changed pizza crust that was very thin and crunchy toppings are great and no cross contamination we also did have to move from table to bar from not getting a waiter for over 10mins good ciders on tap
This pizza tasted like shit. It was fucking card board with sauce and cheese so disgusting. It was a whole production to make sure everything was going to be gf. And it came out and goes on my list for the worst gf pizza ever.
Probably the absolutely best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. Staff was super knowledgeable and very accommodating and so nice!
By far the best GF pizza we had in the States, and also very rich. Quite expensive, but you can actually share one for two persons (same for the regular pizza)
Yes
Amazing gluten free pizza. $20 but it was large enough to share for two people. About 6 large pieces. I am celiacs and didn’t get sick. Cooked in separate oven
happy hour was Great! gluten free pizza with ranch sauce was amazing!
This resaurant was awesome. Only had two GF pizzas, but separate oven and tasty. Crunchy crust. Had to explain how gorgonzola cheese is not really safe for Celiacs, but played it safe with a veggie pizza. Hard ciders were delicious too.
Yes
this is my favorite pizza in all of vegas. i get the gorgonzalla gf pizza. it's a little bit salty, a little bit sweet and little bit savory. their crust is delicious. my mother, who hates pizza is always asking for my crust. i was also told you can pretty much order any of their pizzas and use the gf crust with the exception of the deep dishes. it's not a dedicated gf space though. they cook them in the same fire oven. I'd also highly suggest trying the local made root beer. i like that they use delivery services, but it's so cool looking inside it's worth eating in just once.
Pancetta GF pizza is fantastic, with the greens on top! I make it a point to go to Pizza Rock whenever we are downtown. I know it's not a dedicated GF space though.
No
This is a very generic chain restaurant and there are only two pizzas available gluten free (basically a veggie or a meat option.) However, the gluten free crust was great, it actually tasted like pizza crust instead of cardboard! I am very sensitive and tend to get sick after eating out despite asking questions and trying my best to communicate with servers. I didn’t have high hopes of finding food in Vegas that would taste good And not make me sick, but this place far exceeded my expectations and I really appreciated it!
Yes
I really wanted pizza, so decided to ask at this place as some reviews did say it was celiac friendly. As soon as we talked to our server about celiac disease, he was quick to explain that they are able to take many precautions, there is flour flying around their kitchen all the time and there is no way for them to prevent cross-contamination we thanked our server and tried another place. Fun atmosphere though! And I appreciated that the server was willing to lose out on a table and a tip to keep us safe.

My family and I were in Vegas this past August and we decided to try Pizza Rock for some pizza, even though it said it only had two choices. I've had GF pizza from all over the globe. This was the best pizza I ever had. We ordered both kinds of pizza - one veggie and one filled with meat. The veggie pizza was out of this world. So on our last day in Vegas, we went back. The server said, you can order any pizza on the menu GF. What! So we did, and my goodness. This place is fantastic. It's a sports bar, so it is always packed and noisy, but it's off the Strip, and a stones throw away from Fremont Street.
Not celiac friendly. The gluten free pizza crust is prepared in the same area where they are making fresh crust. So, the threat of cross contination is very high.
No
The pizza tasted delicious, but unfortunately I reacted after eating here. In fairness, the server warned me that there is not a dedicated kitchen and just a dedicated oven. I decided to try it based on the celiac friendly votes on this app. If you are sensitive - don't eat here!
No
I had the gf diavola. It was fantastic.
Pizza was great - a really delicious base. They have a separate oven that the gluten free pizzas are cooked in.
Yes
Pizza was great!!! Service was great.

Best gluten free pizza I've ever eaten!

I'm a celiac person, I told the waitress, about my alergies two times about my alergies with gluten, they came with a regular pizza and gave me, I trusted them and had 2 bites of it, noticed it was not what I ask for, called the waitress again and he went out back, and they'd made a serious mistake that could of send me to the hospital, maneger came out to say I'm sorry, when I think it would be the best if she really cared she was the one to make sure this wouldn't of happened by her bringing out the pizza and made sure it was safe. this place I can't trust never again.. for people that haven't had this experience there, happy for you guys.. I will put one star just to pass on my message to be with precaution when ordering gluten free pizza, they'd tell you ur safe, but back in the kitchen is the problem and the waitress didn't delivered the pizza the same, just to make sure i was saterffied with my order.
Literally the best GF pizza I have ever had!! The base was amazing & all pizzas are cooked in a separate GF only oven! Staff really understood & were great!! Menu was really good & although only a few pizzas showed as gluten free, you could choose any of the toppings for a small extra cost!
Many of the pizzas can be made with a gluten free 12" crust besides the two listed on the menu. The crust is made here and it's superior to many others that are thin and cracker like. This crust is thicker and more cake like. Overall, it's excellent but it's expensive.
Best gluten-free crust ever! Actually, best pizza I've ever eaten in my life! Waiter convinced me to stay as he gave assurances they take celiac disease very seriously. Highly recommended.
Yes
love the crust! did not have any I'll effects, 100% recommend.
Yes
Only two gf options listed for pizza, but they would also do classic pizzas on gf crust. We had gf pepperoni. Very good pizza and crust. It was a little pricey, but convenient being just one block off of Fremont.
Best GF Pizza hands down! separate oven and prep area! Yummmmmm
