Pizza Rustica

When i called to get a carry out pizza, they informed me that there is a high risk of cross contamination with their pizza oven. I declined and ended up eating elsewhere. Didnt want to risk it. I was very disappointed.

Arrived mid afternoon on my flight. They have a GF crust- thin and crispy. You can choose toppings. Made to order! DELICIOUS!

Tiffany our server was amazing gave us in’s and outs of fun things to do.. Chef walked us through all sauces that were and were not GF On suggestion by another post I got the pepperoni GF pizza Was the best crust I have ever had!!

After being disappointed at another close-by restaurant, this one knew exactly what gluten free meant. We had the gluten free pepperoni pizza and it was the best we've had! Definitely recommend this restaurant for celiac folks.

A sticker that said “gluten free crust” was right outside the restaurant. I stopped in for a 10 inch personal pie for about $11. The crust was flavorful with herbs and their sauce was good. Like most GF pizza, the crust could have been cooked more, so doesn’t hurt to tell them to cook it a little extra.

Pizza Rustica was delicious!! I am VERY sensitive & did not have a reaction. Yes it was a thin crust pizza, but their toppings made the pizza SO yummy! Plus my husband loved the price- very affordable & yummier then some very pricey pizzas I've tried! He loved his gluten option as well. I love when we can both dine safely & the food is Dee-lish as well! We will be back!

Less than nothing special...same frozen thin crust offered by other pizza places and poor service too. Our order was marked fine-in and had our name yet they didn't bother to call out when they were ready and were cold when they finally asked what we were waiting for.

Exceptional GF pizza. Staff was very friendly. Must go!

Their GF pizza, I believe, is the closest to non GF pizza. It's so good, reasonably priced, and located next to a great ice cream shop :) love it

Incredible GF Sausage Pizza instead of pepperoni. And the wings and fries are baked in the oven. The only thing is high risk of contamination even the manager or owner said you know there’s flour everywhere in here. You’re taking a risk. So far I’m not sick! Very well worth it. Might have tonight too.

Claude makes a great pie! Great gluten free pizza crust with some amazing toppings! Would come back here daily if wife would let me!

There is none! Cross contamination is inevitable. They tell you this on the sign at the restaurant where the gluten free pizza is marked. You can't go by the reviews here at ALL.

The pizza is good but none of it is safe for Celiac's or gluten intolerant people. I got nasty skin rashes taking a chance and eating here after reading the reviews here. I thought it would be ok despite the restaurant's warnings. It's not. A person with Celiac's would be writhing over in pain! Do NOT come here. Avoid avoid avoid.

Staff knew what gluten free meant and stated that it would be cooked in the same oven. They did not recommend eating there if you were very allergic.
