Gluten free pizzas are prepared in the same space as from-scratch pizzas with wheat. The gluten pizzas are then cooked in the same oven as the pizzas with gluten. The office is "brushed out" before a gluten free pizza is placed in it. There is no way that this is not introducing significant cross-contamination. The pizza may be good, but those who say this established is celiac friendly are doing those of us with celiac a disservice.

I have not had any other restaurants be willing nor as able to adjust to my needs. “What items can be gluten free” “any item you choose we can make gluten free” Wow, and the food was incredible! As soon as the doors opened there was a line.

Pizza Uncommon is by far one of the best GF pizzas you will ever have. The crust is crispy, sturdy, and delicious. I believe it is made with rice flour. The options are endless and the staff is knowledgeable about GF diets. You must check out the cinnamon sticks! Definitely recommend this place !!!

Amazing! Gluten free pizza available for slightly more of any option. Gluten free breadsticks also. Everyone thought they were amazing, even those who don’t eat gluten free. Try this place and give them great reviews!

Absolute highlight of our trip. Anything on their menu can be made with their own gluten free dough so there’s no separate limited menu. A 10” gluten free pizza is a bit pricey at $18, but it is so worth it. Their dough is all made in house and they must be using witchcraft or something. The crust is unbelievably thick, fluffy, and doughy. You absolutely cannot tell it’s gluten free, and it was so filling that I felt stuffed after eating half (felt like I was starving when I came). I also ordered the cinnamon sugar breadsticks and they were delicious, definitely worth it for a once-in-a-while treat. The assistant manager, Eileen, was amazing and incredibly friendly and made us feel super welcome. It was one of those experiences where you sort of just bask in the memory later. Sadly I don’t live here and want to cry about having to leave.

Great gf options. About half of their customer base is gf and they ensure no cross contamination. The vegan meats have gluten so avoid those. GF wings were good but the sauce was just a little too clumpy for me. Will get it on the side next time! 100% recommend.

Thankful for prior reviews that pointed us to this place! My daughter has celiac and had longed for good pizza and breadsticks for years. She finally just resigned herself to disappointing food. Pizza Uncommon makes their gf dough from scratch and then ages it and it’s delicious! We’ve never been to a place that takes SUCH CARE to make it the best it can be. Literally the best pizza crust I've ever had. Made from scratch so you can get bread sticks too! Their cinnamon sticks are fantastic. I have multiple dietary restrictions, and I've gotten something different every time, which says a TON about the number of creative options. I'm not vegan, but they have thorough vegan options too.

Stopped in for dinner. We told the owner I had celiac and she was very helpful. Ordered 2 14-inch GF pizzas and they were fantastic. They make their sausage in house and it was awesome. Pepperoni was also great; we had half mushrooms on both and they were delicious. I’d highly recommend it for anyone. The pizza was crisp on the outside and doughy inside.

This pizza shop was so nice and so helpful. After our meal, the manger or owner came up to us to ask about our meal. He wanted to truly know how the gluten free items tasted. They prep their gluten free dough a couple days ahead of time to get it really nice and airy.

This is my go-to pizza place from now on! Awesome GF breadsticks and pizza with the best dough I have ever had in my 10 years as a celiac. They even have breaded and fried wings. I have eaten there twice and not gotten any reaction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I loved this place!

They said they prepare their gf dough in a separate area, but they just brush out the oven before they bake it. So it’s not protected by anything else. But they said they haven’t gotten any complaints and a lot of people with celiac eat there. I had a gf pizza and also gf breadsticks and I feel fine and it was AMAZING. tasted exactly like the real thing! Maybe even better. I will definitely be coming back.

This is hands-down the BEST gluten free pizza and breadsticks I've ever had. My husband has celiac and hasn't bit into a chewy thick crust of a pizza in 6 years. It DOES EXIST! Amazing! Tonight was our third visit. We had specialty breadsticks (as our pizza) with BBQ, bacon, and Pulled pork--better than most regular gluten filled crusts! Wow, wow, wow--this is an undiscovered gem in West Lafayette. If you eat gluten free, once you've tried these breadsticks, you won't miss gluten again!

I can't wait to support this family-owned business again, as proceeds go toward helping them adopt!
