I saw a notice on the internet saying they offered gluten free pizza. On the spot I announced myself and they said that they had pasta and pizzas. I preferred to bet on the pasta because given the size of the kitchen I was afraid of cross contamination.
During the aperitif he asks me if I can eat grissini or other aperitifs with gluten... I say no a little scared and he says to me: oh yes the flour. I ask him three more times if the pasta I just ordered will be gluten-free and he tells me not to worry.
Once the dish arrived I already see the aspect that it is indeed gluten-free pasta. I had the pasta with vongole and it was very good, everything went well except for the initial stress. The restaurant is by the sea and the prosecco was very good
