I was just starting to feel disheartened not being able to find something to eat. All the family had already eaten! We found Pizzeria Vesi on a small street, full of Napoli charm and hectic atmosphere. I had a Romana pizza, the waiter said choose what you want and he will tell me if it is possible gluten free. I was very happy because there was gf beer!! The pizza was good and tasted authentic, the service was friendly.

This pizzeria was recommended by our host. The base was the best gf I’ve ever had. My friend who isn’t intolerant tried it and thought it was great too. It was as close to real pizza as I have tried

Closed in February 2024 for construction: Walked over to eat here and they were closed for construction. Bummed I didn’t get to eat here after all the rave reviews. Hopefully they open before the peak tourism season!
Lang ventetid De sagde min tiramisu var færdig men der gik 40 min også kom de og sagde at de var løbet tør Pasta var fin men ikke det bedste Tillæg på ca 3 euro for glutenfrit

We tasted two very good pizzas. The waiters were aware of glutenfree and even changed our ordered pizzas, as one was not possible.

My worst pizza in Italy... I like ricotta, but the amount of ricotta on pizza was terrible... I do not recommend...

I handed them my Italian Coeliac travel card and the waiter said that it wasn’t possible for me to eat there. Not sure how other people have been able to eat there safely then!

The only complaint I can think of about the pizza is that the crust was so good it overshadowed the toppings.
The establishment is small and a little cramped, and some of the pizzas can't be made gluten free for various reasons, but I think it's well worth the detour to enjoy that pastry on offer. The staff were also very helpful despite not being as fluent in English as we were, and there were drinks available such as beer and soft drinks (only Coke Zero was sugar free)

This was the best pizza I have ever eaten. It was amazing. It appeared to us that the whole restaurant was gluten free - we still confirmed that our pizzas were gluten free. A brilliant choice of pizza

Sat outside here after trying nearby gf pizzeria that was heavily booked out. Pizza was very good. No issues with base as described in other reviews. I’ve varied texture. Very helpful staff and a great tasting pizza with a gf beer. Am writing 2 days after absolutely no x-contamination.

Friendly staff. Flavorful pizza but definitely not the best pizza I have had in Italy. We ordered a few, and the crust was under done and way too thick. I would say go to another place you might have more luck.

Their pizza was good, no celiac reaction on my end. Delicious pizza with many different types. It was not the easiest to explain celiac protocol with the language barrier.
Safety wise, it seems they do not have a separate oven. I did notice though when the pizza came out of it was in a foil tray/pan - I imagine this is how they separate them from the rest of the pizzas. I would try it again as the pizza was delicious!!
They also have gluten free bottled beer as well!

I tried to go yesterday and was told they do not accommodate gluten free requests. This may have been due to the time of day or some other reason, but I was pretty bummed.

Was there last year and had to come back when we came back to Naples. The pizza is delicious and the dough is soft and doesn’t even seem like a gluten free dough. There’s a €3 surcharge for the pizza but it’s worth it and overall this restaurant is very cheap.

My favorite GF pizza ever! Crusty on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Almost like traditional crust used to be!) There are so many flavor combinations. They took great care to keep my pizza separate. And as previously mentioned, they prepare it in a separate location.
Yes
Tried to order a gluten free pizza for takeaway and was told that you cannot do order anything gluten free for takeaway-- you must eat it there. No real explanation why except for "because its gluten free". One star for the rude host who literally turned and walked away from me when I asked what my options were.
Separate gluten free menu! The Margherita with the local cheese was the best pizza I’ve had in my entire life. We’re going back for another round
Yes
By far the best gluten free pizza I have ever had! They had an entire menu dedicated to celiac. They even had a separate restaurant location just down the street where they prepared the pizza to prevent cross contamination.
Yes
The gluten free margarita was delicious, great flavours and very generous with the basil. However, it was a little undercooked and therefore a little 'slimy' on one side but I think that was due to the tin it gets baked on, resulting in an uneven bake. The waitress was rude and made my boyfriend and I feel very awkward and unwelcome but the pizza was good and my boyfriend who had the 'normal' margarita was massively impressed and gave it a 9/10.
Excellent GF pizza! Safe place, my daughter did not get reaction.
Yes
Difficult to find on a busy narrow street, close quarters, but excellent GF pizza. Menu is not labeled for GF which was a concern. Waitress said all but “stuffed crust” and “closed pizzas” (aka calzones) could be prepared GF. Pizzas are prepped and baked in a separate tin yet severed on a plate. You could see the kitchen - they were careful and wore gloves. Recommended if you can find it!
Despite my limited Italian and the staff's limited English, GF pizza was safe and delicious.

Incredible GF pizza prepared in a completely separate, dedicated GF area! Worth a visit!!!

An entire menu and separate kitchen dedicated to gluten free! The staff was knowledge able and friendly, the pizza was hand tossed and absolutely delicious. Best pizza (and biggest) GF pizza I’ve had on my trip to Italy. Would go here again in a heartbeat.
