Poke Hut

Poke Hut uses gluten free soy sauce to eliminate cross contamination issues on the cold bar in front and the hibachi grill in the back. Their food is always fresh and the store is always clean. There are a ton of GF options and it’s just a great restaurant with good people.

I ordered the small poke bowl with gf tuna & salmon topped with 2 gf sauces. Cross contamination is an issue due to non gf marinated protein items right next to gf proteins. Possibly used the same scoop on gf items. I was sick much of the afternoon.
