There are some GF options labeled clearly on the menu and we ate safely. They were out of a number of items but that has nothing to do with GF/celiac!

One of the staff serving me was gluten intolerant and I'm sure that helped. I got the best service! We showed up 5 minutes before closing and they changed gloves and pulled fresh containers of all my ingredients out of the fridge.

I left this place without ordering food. The staff member there was not knowledgeable about if the ingredients were gluten free or not. I also asked if they had protocol for cross contamination, and the staff member shrugged. He said, “I would have to go and prepare it in the back.” I asked if that was a possibility and if he would wear gloves (he wasn’t wearing any) and he said, “I guess.” Ultimately, I didn’t feel confident about their safety protocol and so I left. I think it would depend on who is working there, but I didn’t want to risk it.

This is the place we come each time we come to Burlington. Staff are well trained about cross contamination/ allergies. Food is great because we like the raw fish!

I eat here all the time and never get sick! I just ask them to change their gloves. Be wary of some of the mix ins as some have hidden gluten (seaweed salad etc.) but just ask and you will be okay :)

Everyone is knowledgeable and so nice about getting ingredients from different containers if there’s a risk of cross contamination on the line. Never had a problem here and have eaten here many many times!

I have eaten here so many times without getting sick. :) when you tell the staff you have celiac they immediately change gloves , they know which available ingredients are gluten free, and are so nice about getting ingredients from the back to mitigate some risk of cross contamination. Don’t be afraid to advocate for yourself and ask questions, the staff is so kind and understanding! I’ve missed eating sushi for so long so I really appreciate being able to eat poke here 💕

We had great rice bowls with many toppings that were GF. My daughter had tofu and I had spicy salmon.

I’ve felt fine each time I’ve ate here.
Good, fast service! The gluten-free items were all marked as such. They had no issues doing an allergy glove change!

I am a Foodie, and this is the Best Poke Bowl Restaurant I have found thus far....after years of "Research":) Also, the service is quite good, and Dennis the owner is Top Notch and quite knowledgeable on GF.

So good and great service. Gluten-free items are marked, but you have to look very closely. Note the online menu is from the corporate website, and it doesn't it match exactly what they have on service in the local store.
