So good and great service. Gluten-free items are marked, but you have to look very closely. Note the online menu is from the corporate website, and it doesn't it match exactly what they have on service in the local store.

The in-house menus are pretty much useless because only a few sides are labeled as anything at all and most of those that are are not labeled as GF. I used the online menu to decide on a bowl of ahi tuna, salmon, brown rice, classic salt sauce, sweet onions, pineapple, and seaweed which tasted fine and did not sicken me. I asked the staff to change their gloves first which they did, but I got the impression that they didn't know which ingredients were gluten-free.

Tasty poke, fast service. You have to look at their nutrition info online to see what's GF. Several sauces, meats, grains, and most toppings are GF.

I am a Foodie, and this is the Best Poke Bowl Restaurant I have found thus far....after years of "Research":) Also, the service is quite good, and Dennis the owner is Top Notch and quite knowledgeable on GF.

There are some GF options labeled clearly on the menu and we ate safely. They were out of a number of items but that has nothing to do with GF/celiac!

They are like sushi chipotle but there are a lot of options even if you don’t like sushi. The owner is very knowledgeable and they use dedicated utensils for each item.
