At first glance, you’d think you have a lot of options as the regular menu only marks the few items that overtly contain gluten. However, it does not account for the high risk of cross contamination. You can ask for a separate allergen menu, but it’s literally the most confusing menu I’ve ever seen (I posted a photo). The server wasn’t even sure how to interpret the many different symbols but was very upfront and knowledgable about points of cross contamination.

The shared fryer means that chips are not safe. The tortillas are corn, but they are not made in house so they can’t guarantee there’s no cross contamination in the facility they buy them from. The server was so empathetic and said she has advocated for a dedicated fryer, but no luck so far. She said the tortilla soup was probably the safest bet so that’s what I got. It was a large portion and tasted good, but other than that the options are pretty limited for food.
