As someone with celiac, I’m super cautious. Even though the menu is labeled when an item contains gluten, it doesn’t account for cross contamination. I asked the bartender about whether the chips are safe to eat with celiac, and he confirmed no, everything that is fried shares a fryer. It would be helpful for them to disclaim that, as nothing fried is labeled to contain gluten. Don’t eat anything fried, whether it’s labeled gf or not.
