No longer has a dedicated fryer, but they can use an air fryer with parchment paper (I do have some concerns about the fan blowing crumbs though). I asked if the lunchmeat was gluten free and the response was "should be". Unfortunately, as a celiac, I don't feel as safe here after the change in ownership. They still do have several GF options and they are marked on the menu so still a good option to have, but have a discussion with whoever is preparing your food to make sure you feel safe.

Wonderful experience! The gf chocolate chip cookie cheesecake was divine! Excellent French fries. Staff member also had celiac so was very knowledgeable. I felt very safe eating here.

A member of the owner’s family has celiac disease. Employees were very knowledgeable of the precautions necessary. I feel very comfortable dining at this establishment.

So good! I have ate here a few times, never gotten sick. Tater tots are my favorite, fried in a safe fryer. Owners daughter who is also gluten free makes my food! She is the best!

Owner’s have a daughter who is gluten free so they are very aware of the difficulties of dining out (especially on a budget).

Steps has been taken such as: - Dedicated GF fryer for tots - GF bread options separated from other bread - Training of staff - GF menu available to review (ask cashier) - Food labeling - Special GF desserts individually packaged and labeled.
